The Sea School Restaurant is an AA 2 Rosette restaurant located at the Millstream Hotel, situated in the beautiful coastal village of Bosham, West Sussex. Head chef Neil Hiskey uses carefully sourced ingredients and creates his version on some classic British favourites, taking pride on bringing the flavours out in each dish. Our menu typically includes meat, poultry, game, fish and vegetarian options alongside some traditional and indulgent desserts! We are open for dinner with dishes and ingredients reflecting the time of year and seasons. We have a bar with log burner, lounge and private gardens to ensure a variety of settings for a pre or post dinner drink. We also have 31 bedrooms and offer dinner, bed and breakfast stays.
