We will introduce simple, easily prepared and delicious dishes to people who would like to serve proper Chinese meals at home. The Day will start at a Chinese supermarket where Hannah will guide you through shopping for Chinese ingredients and discuss the menu and recipes. Back in the kitchen you will be involved in a hands-on basis in preparing and cooking a range of six Chinese dishes.
