Springfield Guest House & Motel is Ideally situated for your stay in Basingstoke, located within a couple of minutes walk of the town so you have easy access to all the amenities it has to offer, yet far enough away so you don't get disturbed by all the hustle and bustle. The property is predominantly un-manned with entry gained via on site key boxes, we will provide you with the access codes by email and Txt a few days prior to your stay commencing. The railway station with direct links to Waterloo is only a 5 to 7 minute walk from the residence and less than 3 minutes walk to festival place with all its restaurants, bars and cinema. The residence consists of a two storey Victorian property containing 9 separate bedrooms and 5 Motel rooms to the rear, all recently refurbished to a very high standard. Each room benefits from Smart TVs, En-suite facilities, WIFI as well as hard wired internet and writing desk. Springfield is a family owned and run business and our aim is to provide the best value for money stay within the centre of Basingstoke. We have recently taken over from the previous management company and we are working hard to ensure you have a pleasant and stress free stay with us.
