We area an AWARD WINNING independent, family run business. We sell books, gifts, cards, maps and have a large Cafe and outdoor terrace area, with child friendly garden, plus a Bike Rack, & inside the BookCafe is spread over two floors of shopping space. We won the Flavours of Herriot Country ~ Tea Room of the Year 2019 & we pride ourselves on our friendly, personal service to all our customers. Our Cafe has Waitress Service, and the meals are freshly made, using locally sourced produce wherever possible. We are open Mon, Tues, Weds, Thur, Fri & Sat, note cafe open until 3.30pm (subject to change). We allow well behaved dogs into the Garden only. Check us out on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram!
