We are Rudy’s Neapolitan Pizza, a relaxed, neighbourhood pizzeria in the heart of Stockton Heath. We follow the traditions and artistry of pizza from Naples – the birthplace of pizza. We opened our first pizzeria in Ancoats, Manchester in 2015. Since then we have spent years perfecting our techniques to create a perfect, light, classic Neapolitan pizza.
