Allium is an independent family-run restaurant, serving high quality modern British cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere, located in the centre of the beautiful cathedral city of Salisbury. At Allium, we offer enticing, well prepared food, handled with dedication and respect, and enhanced by the welcoming atmosphere and comfortable surroundings of the restaurant. We prioritise ethical sustainable production of our ingredients, which we obtain from local sources wherever possible. Our friendly, dedicated team will ensure that you have a memorable experience. Please note that we occupy upstairs premises in a listed building which does not have a lift. Regrettably, we are therefore unable to offer access to people who cannot manage stairs.
