A cosy lounge/dining room greets you as you arrive with a large sofa, 50" HD TV, DVD payer, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, DVDs, Bluetooth Sound System and CD player. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, Bluetooth sound system and loads of kitchen storage. On the first floor is the master bedroom featuring a king-size bed & en-suite shower. The Cinema Room has a 65" HD TV, large chess set, games galore and a music system. On the top floor, there is a second bedroom king-size bed and a third twin bedroom plus bathroom. The property is located opposite a wildlife reserve and near a riverside pub.
