The Silver Plough is an 18th Century country boozer nestled in the Wiltshire countryside by Chickpea Group. There are three large areas for dining inside, boasting spacious interiors, beamed ceilings, wooden floors, and cosy fireplaces, with space for around 100 covers. The beer garden is situated at the front of the pub with plenty of space to enjoy a meal or drinks in the sunshine. Our food and drink offer is guided by the seasons as we try very hard to utilise the hard work of our honest and passionate local suppliers. You'll find old classics sitting pride of place on our menu, like our wonderfully large hand raised pies, as well as locally sourced fish - be it from Brixham or Chalk Stream - and we’ll always have a vegan or vegetarian dish too. We aren’t into micro herbs and fussy plates, our food is hearty, interesting and delicious; we keep things simple and do them well.
