About
We produce mouth watering artisan wood fired pizzas. We use authentic Italian ingredients because maintaining Italian traditions is at the heart of what we do. I trained alongside an Italian pizzaiolo with 25 years experience and it shows in our product. We combine delicious heritage ingredients for all our bases, such as Caputo flour for our dough, Pelati tomatoes to gain depth of flavour in our tomato sauce and fior di latte mozzarella. Where possible we source all the ingredients for our toppings from local suppliers in the South West to reduce the impact on the environment, in fact we are working alongside the rather wonderful Trealy Farm Charcuterie, Cotswold Curer, Laverstoke Park Farm, Brue Valley Cheese and Doves Farm Flour. We slowly ferment our dough and hand stretch each pizza to order which are then cooked in our cute Amodio wood-fired oven, which gives them their unique flavour.
