Prospect Lodge is situated on The Meadows, an exclusive gated development of The Bay. Enter through the side door into the open plan living space with well-equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances, dining space and lounge area with corner sofa (new in 2022) and arm chairs, smart TV and log burning stove. Down the hallway are 3 bedrooms all with their own ensuite and TV – 2 doubles with ensuite wet rooms with walk-in rainfall shower, and one twin with ensuite bathroom (bath with shower over). The second double can also be made as 2 small singles if preferred. Fully redecorated throughout at the end of 2022. At the front is a large deck with dining table and chairs and rattan sofa set, making the most of the unrestricted meadow view. Off the rear double bedroom is a private deck with rattan sofa and coffee table. There is also an outside shower (ideal on returning from the beach). Off road parking for 2 cars, and additional spaces nearby too. This property has a path to the entrance door which makes it accessible for those with mobility issues. However, please note we do not have grab rails in the bathrooms (please see photos.)
