Inspired from a trip in 2016 to Mexico taking us from Jalisco to Michoacan, Oaxaca to Mexico City, and plenty inbetween. We experienced first-hand the amazing cuisine and food culture across Mexico and just had to bring it back. That means plenty of tequila, plenty of mezcal and, of course, plenty of tacos!
