BAKERY We are an artisan bakery. Making all our breads, cakes, pastries and food onsite - you can see our bakers at work! We specialise in sourdough breads and also make long fermented yeasted breads. CAFE We have a light and airy open plan cafe serving hot food from 9am - 3pm Cakes and savouries are available until half an hour before our closing time. We make excellent coffee using Monmouth Coffee beans and serve locally blended loose leaf teas from Birdhouse Tea Company. SHOP We have a fresh produce shop selling fruit, vegetables, herbs and essentials. We buy from a wide range of local producers and stock the best seasonal ingredients.
