The Chapel (formerly the Bowden) at Van Dyk - An exquisite dining experience. The atmosphere created by the sophisticated table settings, grand piano and illuminating light produced by the oval opulence of the three chandeliers ensures that 'The Chapel' will deliver for your special occasion. Our Executive Chef has a passion for premium ingredients that look good, taste good and that are good for you. That’s not to say we won’t indulge you a little too, however! The Chapel offers a varied menu, specially selected taster menu option, exquisite wines and carefully concocted cocktails to allow you to fully experience its welcoming surroundings and hospitable team. Informal luxury is what The Chapel is all about. The Chapel dress code is ‘smart casual’ and we respectfully ask guests visiting the hotel to refrain from wearing baseball caps, beanie hats, ripped jeans, sportswear, trainers, flip-flops and shorts in our restaurant.
