Tyke Racing, the ultimate karting experience, bringing all the excitement and adrenaline of go-karting to Barnsley, South Yorkshire! We have the latest generation of high-powered adult and kids' electric karts, which are every bit as exhilarating as petrol-powered ones - with none of the noise or nasty smells. We've created a purpose-built raceway complete with hospitality, conference and spectator viewing areas, which is a few minutes from junction 37 of the M1 and is easily accessible from Sheffield, Leeds, Doncaster, Chesterfield, Wakefield, Rotherham and the rest of South Yorkshire. Our fleet of British-built EcoVolt karts is powered by high-tech Lithium batteries giving quick, smooth acceleration that can leave petrol-powered karts standing. Tyke Racing is open Wednesday to Sunday (closed on Mondays and Tuesdays except for Bank Holidays and by appointment). Drivers can simply book in, turn up, jump in the driving seat and head out onto the track for the ride of their lives. We're the perfect venue for a stag do, hen party, an unforgettable birthday party or a works' night out. And we also pride ourselves on the quality of our corporate and team-building packages.
