Cromer House Barn is a converted barn providing self catering studio accommodation for two adults. A cot and highchair can be provided for a baby or infant. The barn has its own secluded garden sitting area, adjacent laundry room/log store and off-road parking for one car. Downstairs has a kitchen (including fridge-freezer and microwave) and dining area, plus a wet room with disabled access. The upstairs studio area has a king-size bed, sofa and two armchairs, television with Freeview and DVD player, plus a wood burning stove which runs the downstairs radiators and helps provide hot water. Wifi is available. The laundry room/log store can double as a sun room in warmer weather, plus can provide secure undercover cycle storage if required. Local amenities within 5 minutes walk include a Co-op supermarket, fish and chip shop, two pubs (one serving food at weekends), and the Weardale Heritage railway.
