The four‑and‑a‑half hour experience is an immersive theatrical journey that blends film‑style set design with live performances. Visitors help the elves in the Toy Factory, decorate gingerbread with Mother Christmas, glide across a frozen lake, and even receive a personal invitation from Father Christmas. Families, children and adults alike will discover interactive scenery, charming characters such as Little Rudi and Ambolt the elf‑smith, and the warm, wintry cabin of Father Christmas himself. The programme is carefully paced to keep small folk busy while adults can enjoy the story and atmosphere, making it a hit for multi‑generational groups. The experience is available at two sites – Ascot and Manchester. Each entry includes a personalised invitation parcel, a soft husky toy, a souvenir photo, and free parking.
