Set on a family run 30-acre smallholding with horses, chickens, dogs and a cat, overlooking fields and woodland, yet only 35 miles from London. Walk, cycle or ride through the Chilterns, explore the river by boat or canoe then snuggle into our warm cosy beds after toasting marshmallows on the fire and gazing at the stars. At Shillingridge you can immerse yourself in a simpler way of life, enjoy deep peace and tranquillity, big starry night skies and reconnect to the abundant wildlife, nature, and trees that surround us. Some guests like to remain on site enjoying the peace and tranquility of Shillingridge for the duration of their stay, but for those who like to venture out, there’s much of interest in the surrounding area.
