Artisan Bread Making New Forest
About
Bread Making New Forest invites beginners and experienced home bakers alike to a series of immersive half‑day workshops. Each session covers the full baking journey—from selecting organic wheat and spelt (or gluten‑free grains) in their ‘Ko Mo’ stone‑ground mill, to kneading, proofing, shaping and baking. Participants leave with freshly made bread, pastries or pizzas, a starter kit, and a new set of culinary skills. With courses ranging from authentic French baguettes and all‑butter croissants, to a hearty introduction to sourdough, a gluten‑free baker’s delight, and even Indian flat breads paired with butter chicken, there’s a flavour for every palate. All classes include a homemade pizza lunch and a complimentary glass of wine, making the experience both educational and indulgent.
