During the colder months enjoy the warming atmosphere of Burley Manor's fire-lit restaurant and in summer, soak in plenty of nature's nurturing on our New Forest terrace. Following the seasons, allowing nature to play a leading role in our menus, we are proud advocates of the slow food movement and craft our menus with the taste of the forest, using only the finest locally-sourced, New Forest Marque accredited suppliers. Our wine list offers a choice of white, red, rosé and sparkling wines.
