Under new management since Jul'24, Cadence at The Handlebar Cafe is open every day serving up our legendary sourdough toasties, seasonal blend coffee, and more. Our timber-clad Clubhouse sits on a disused railway and offers indoor seating and a beautiful outside terrace. We're right by the River Itchen and St. Catherine's Nature Reserve. Cadence at The Handlebar Cafe is one of several Cadence Clubhouses networking the South Downs Way. Further locations include Cocking Hill, Upwaltham (open Spring-Summer), Litlington, Beachy Head and Eastbourne.
