Now in its 17th year, Mango in Portswood is the original Thai Tapas bar, est 2007. A favourite spot among locals for its intimate charm and vibrant atmosphere, we specialise in Thai small plates, tropical cocktails and boutique wine. We offer an informal and fun drinks & dining experience, and are independent, family-owned and passionately run by a small close-knit team. Set across two floors and four rooms of a characterful Victorian building, Mango in Portswood is nestled in Southampton's bustling student hub, a short walk from Portswood High Street and Bevois Valley, and 5 minutes in a cab to the bars & clubs in Bedford Place. Inside, enjoy bohemian beach vibes, with tropical plants, hand-carved filigree dividers, and vast glossy murals, all adding to the fun and promise of an actual thai beach bar. Special offers include: Monday’s curry & a drink for £15, happy hour cocktails everyday ‘til 7pm and after 9.30pm, 4 tapas for the price of 3 everyday until 5 pm
