‘Walsingham House’ No. 20 North View is a lovely period terrace house located in Fulflood, a peaceful elevated residential area to the west of the city centre. It is a convenient walking distance to the city’s High Street as well as to the mainline railway station. The beautiful open park space of Oram’s Arbour is close by. The property has been very nicely modernised and decorated, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, and light and spacious open plan kitchen and dining room. The dining area has doors opening out onto a courtyard garden with patio furniture to enjoy outside dining. The master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite shower room is on the first floor. A second bedroom with twin beds is also on the first floor as well as a family bathroom with over the bath shower. The third bedroom with twin beds and ensuite shower room is in the basement. ‘Walsingham House’ is spacious and well equipped. It is in a very quiet location with no traffic noise. There is off-street parking for two small cars or one large car. There are steps to the front door from the front gate.
