The Blue Reef Aquarium, right by Towan beach, is well worth a visit. At low tide you can walk all the way across the beach to the traditional Cornish harbour, where you can find an excellent crab sandwich or ice cream. The most famous Fistral Beach and Watergate Bay is 1 miles from the property. Newquay railway station and coach station are both within a 5 minute walk from the accommodation.
