Our chef’s table is an exclusive opportunity to gain insight into the creative process of dish development, with the chance to sample new dishes before they reach the menu at Paul Ainsworth at No6. Sitting just centimetres away from our development kitchen, guests can watch our team prepare a tasting menu for up to 10 diners of modern British gastronomy, crafted from meticulously sourced, seasonal Cornish produce. The chef’s table is a unique and completely personal experience – you can choose to interact with our chef’s through every step of the cooking process, or slip out onto our private terrace with a cocktail between courses.
