We are a family run B&B set in the heart of Cornwall. We offer comfortable accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis to suit families, couples and single travellers. We are ideally located in St Austell, less than 4 miles from the famous Eden project. We have 4 rooms and can offer accommodation for single occupancy, double and twin with the option of an extra bed for small children. All rates include a full English Breakfast.
