Polkerris apartment is situated on the fringe of St Austell with spectacular views over St Austell Bay and are only a few minutes from the world famous Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Set within secure grounds the apartment is fitted to the highest standards throughout to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.The apartment has two double bedded rooms, a family bathroom and a master ensuite as well as a lounge, kitchen and dining area. Equipped with state of the art underfloor heating, fully fitted kitchen with all the modern equipment one would expect from a luxury apartment, such as a double fan oven, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave and steamer. In the lounge there is a TV/DVD and CD player and free wi fi throughout (We even provide a Samsung Galaxy tablet comnputer!).Guests are provided with complimentary tea, coffee, and milk. Towels and bed linen are provided as well as complimentary toiletries. There is ample reserved private parking in addition to guest parking spaces. The apartments make a perfect base to explore Cornwall. Only five minutes from the Eden project and 15 minutes from Heligan Gardens. St Austell town centre is a mile away and the closest beach is 1.5 miles. Why not catch the ferry from Fowey to Mevagissey and see if you can spot the apartments from out at sea! Famous restaurants such as Rick Stein's in Padstow and Jamie Oliver's '15' at Watergate Bay are no more than 30 minutes away.
