An award winning offgrid ecobuilding set in 12 acres of wildlife habitat overlooking the Fowey Estuary in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. No TV or WiFi - the emphasis is on connecting to the natural environment. Four ensuite bedrooms and a meeting room that can be converted to an apartment space. Bed & Breakfast, and stunning views from each room. We also have a hand built tiny cabin set in the trees on the hill above. Fair trade/organic/local/upcycled furnishings & decoration. We offer a locally sourced continental breakfast and are happy to cater for most diets if you are able to give some notice. Dogs are accepted in our rooms by prior arrangement for an extra fee. We have 12 acres of woodland and pasture that guests are welcome to explore. We are accessed via a steep track, with a tight right turn and one parking space per room in the car park halfway up the hill. Guests are requested to park their car (after unloading) and walk the rest of the track. Two of the rooms are suitable for guests in a wheelchair or with limited mobility, with pull cord alarm and extra aid available. Kayaking and sup is available in the village, and we have a lovely waterside, dog friendly pub there too.
