In order to welcome guests back to Trossachs Yurts we will have just two yurts available for the 2020 season. Stuc a'Chroin and Ben Lomond. This means that each yurt has its exclusive use of a bathroom and a kitchen. We are following government guidelines to ensure your safety and the safety of West Moss-side Farm and our community. Trossachs Yurts are glamping at its finest. There are three luxury yurts with wood burning stoves and ovens and there is also a camping gas stove. Each yurt has a double bed and a double futon bed plus a sleep- over. So a yurt will sleep 5 (where the fifth is a child) but it is absolute luxury for two for a romantic get away. Two heated washrooms with showers are close by and there is local produce available - steaks for the barbeque and eggs for breakfast! You are on an organic farm and nature reserve in the heart of Scotland with the mountains and lochs of the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park on the doorstep for walking, climbing, mountain biking, kayaking, sailing, fishing and more. Edinburgh and Glasgow are less than an hour away and there is great local food in the hotel and pubs in the villages. You will see the Shetland Cattle and enjoy the wildlife and biodiversity on this beautiful conservation farm.
