Being Cuban from a large family growing up in a town called Varadero on the beach of Cuba my childhood was spent helping Mami & Aguila (Mum and Nana) to feed the family. Our time was spent making small tasty food using the Cuban flavors of lemon and garlic more locally referred to as the special “Mojito sauce” to enrich our meat, fish, and rice dishes. Cuban food although simple never lacks in tastes and generations of cooking and passed down recipes ensure that all the food we prepare and serve will always be a delight to taste. We are looking forward to bringing you a fantastic mix of traditional Cuban Cuisine flaired with modern European flavors presented to the highest standards to give you a wonderful dining experience you will love and keep wanting to come back. We aim to offer you amazing food, service and a real taste of the Latin American culture with our music and fantastic selection of Cocktails and Cuban Rums
