We’re always careful about what you eat." Established in 2006, Cwtchi Mamas has become one of Maesteg's busiest and best-loved cafes. Situated in Maesteg Indoor Market directly under the Town Hall Clock, we serve our loyal customers morning coffee, breakfast, lunch and afternoon teas. During eight years under the same ownership we have evolved with our customers and through asking them what they want have endeavoured to meet their demands with great food at reasonable prices. Cwtchi Mamas is a great place to meet with friends while tucking into a fabulous breakfast, sampling a lunchtime special or savouring a slice of Sylvia's now famous homemade cakes (among the best in Wales we're regularly told), Welsh cakes, scones, teacakes, biscuits, cookies and puddings. We’re open 6 days a week, serving morning coffee, breakfasts until 12:00pm, lunch and afternoon tea until 4:15pm except Wednesdays and Saturdays when we stop serving food at 1:30pm and 2:30pm respectively.
