Burrito Mama is a lockdown ‘baby’ - a success story that has many ‘mamas' given that this is a business run by Sarah Bliss, three of her five daughters and her daughter-in-law. The inspiration came to the family at a particularly dark time for the hospitality industry when things looked very bleak. Initially developed as takeaways and then selling from a converted horse trailer, home made Mexican street food from Burrito Mama took off like proverbial hot cakes. Such was the response, that support for a permanent base became overwhelming. Now open for business in Cirencester, diners can enjoy freshly made burritos or a plate of nachos or tacos accompanied by a cocktail, a glass of wine or a beer.
