The property has been styled by a renowned interior designer, finished to a high standard and lovingly furnished in a contemporary, warm style, with modern facilities provided throughout. The rooms flow seamlessly into one another on the ground floor, with plenty of comfortable seating, a well equipped kitchen and a fabulous dining area. To the rear of the barn is a picturesque terrace and landscaped garden, home to a private hot tub, plenty of outdoor seating and a gas barbecue, perfect for sunny summer days whilst enjoying some al fresco dining. Accommodation This six bedroom Cotswold holiday home in Little Coxwell is perfectly suited to those looking to get together with family, friends or colleagues, exploring the local countryside and eateries. The accommodation is laid out as follows: Ground Floor Kitchen/dining room/sitting room An exquisite open-plan living space designed with socialising in mind. Character features include full height windows which flood the space with natural light and high vaulted ceilings with exposed timber beams. Amenities include 2 x Bosch double electric ovens, Inset 5 burner gas hob with wok burner, microwave, 2 x dishwashers, large drinks fridge, ‘Quooker’ Boiling water tap, Nespresso coffee machine with an initial supply of pods, toaster and a kettle. Within the pantry there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, US style fridge-freezer with ice maker and chilled filtered water dispenser, shelving for food storage, larder cupboard and a sink.
