Basils at The Haughmond menus are based on the wealth of local ingredients available to chef patron Martin Board, and his talented team, seasonally. Six 'tasting' courses can also be accompanied by an optional hand picked wine 'flight' in partnership with local wine merchants. If you or your party have any dietary requirements please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that this does not impact on your dining experience in any way. Please note that due to the style of our cooking we do not cater for a dairy free diet. Basils Tastes of the Haughmond menu can be selected in our main restaurant but we do insist that your whole table dineson the same menu. Alternatively our A La Carte menu is available Tuesday through Saturday. Restaurant is closed on Mondays
