The Sytche Caravan and Camping site is situated a 10 minute walk from the historic town of Much Wenlock, known as the birthplace of the modern Olympic movement. The site is on the limestone escarpment of Wenlock Edge in the Shropshire Hills AONB. It has fantastic countryside views in each direction and is an ideal base for walks and cycling. A public footpath runs through the lower end of the site and takes you in three different directions - town, Homer or to Wenlock Edge where you can walk for miles in woodland. There are 34 pitches spread out over terraces, around 30 have hook-ups (10 or 16amp). There is a washing up area, shower and toilet facilities and a chemical waste disposal area. Our disabled toilet/shower has a 19" high toilet bowl and a shower a wheelchair can easily enter. We welcome well behaved dogs, but we ask that they are kept on a lead at all times. Bbq and small firepit allowed.
