Paula and Jeff welcome you to our Traditional 7 bedroom Victorian Bed and Breakfast Guest House in the heart of the English Riviera. 74 Belgravia is situated in Torquay’s prestigious Victorian area, the property dates back to 1875 and was originally built for The Royal Navy. Each room has tea and coffee making facilities, a TV, an en-suite shower room and high speed Wi-Fi is available in every room throughout the building. Our prime location means we are just a short walk to the beach, passing the bowling green, gardens and Torquay tennis club on your way. It's also a short walk to The English Riviera Conference Centre and this location is always popular with conference and business guests. Torre Abbey is around 8 minutes’ walk from the guest house offering interesting exhibitions throughout the year as well as its lovely meadows and gardens. The town centre is within easy walking distance via the promenade where you will find the Princess Theatre, Torquay Marina and harbourside.
