Helga and Deneys are the new owners of Arran Lodge Guest House and can assure you of a warm welcome and a pleasant and comfortable stay whether you are coming to Torquay for business or pleasure. We are looking forward to welcoming previous guests as well as new ones. The Arran Lodge Guest House is situated only a short level walk from the seafront, English Riviera Conference and Leisure Centre, Princess Theatre, Harbour and Torquay town centre. You can visit the Torquay seafront via Torre Abbey and its beautiful gardens. Arran Lodge Guest House is open all year and boasts a modern and comfortable finish. It is centrally heated throughout and offers 6 lovely double shower en-suite bedrooms ranging from single to triple, which can accommodate a variety of party sizes up to 12 people. Each room has a flat screen TV with DVDs available for your use, a mini cooler, complimentary toiletries, towels, bathrobe and slippers, free Wi-Fi and our superior doubles feature a patio or balcony.
