About
Paignton Geopark, also known as Geoplay Park, is a free community playground and educational attraction on the scenic Seafront of Paignton. Set within the UNESCO Global Geopark, the park immerses visitors in the Earth's geological history through themed play zones that represent the Devonian, Carboniferous, Permian and Quaternary periods. Each area boasts interactive rides, climbing nets, and water features designed for children aged three and up, as well as families and school groups. With no admission fee and year‑round opening, the park offers a playful learning experience for visitors of all ages.
