The 4* self catering Holiday cottage in a secluded position with spectacular views over the private garden, fields and Moorland. The Cottage is cosy and well equipped a Hot Tub in the Garden for Guests exclusive use. The kitchen opens onto the Lounge area and there is a dining table in the Sun lounge. The two bedrooms are at the back of the property, there is one Kingsize bedroom and one Twin room. There is a private deck reached from the french windows, large windows overlook the garden where there is another seating area and the Hot tub is situated next to this seating area. The parking is next to the Cottage. The Cottage is easily accessible for wheelchair access, a gentle slope from the parking area to the front door, Wider doorways make moving around the Cottage easy as it is all on one level. The bathroom is equipped with hand rails around the toilet and Shower. There is also a perching stool for the shower. Robin Cottage is surrounded by Dartmoor scenery and only a five minute walk from open moorland, granite tors and the Dart Valley. The area is idea for walking, the Dart is a well respected Kayaking River all year round. There are some good Cycle routes nearby as well as Riding stables for Moorland Rides or you could try Llama Walking with our own Llamas and Alpacas (Dartmoor Llama Walks) A traditional Dartmoor pub is within easy walking distance, there are many Pubs and Restaurants within a short drive, we can recommend our favourites if you would like to try them. We are not a traditional farm, our Llamas and Alpacas graze peacefully in the fields nearby, you are welcome to come and help feed the animals in the mornings, or use the picnic table in the field where you can watch the Alpaca babies play in the evenings (subject to the time of the year) We look forward to welcoming you to Robin Cottage.
