Fantastic Fresh Seafood Restaurants, Pubs, Tapas bars, Steak Houses, Cornish pasty shops, Cream tea cafes, Ice cream Parlours, Games Arcades are dotted around the town for you to find down traditional cobbled streets. Explore the Beautiful Harbour and Marina and wander around the range of independant boutiques and traditional Seaside Shops. There is plenty on offer for all ages, Golden Hind Replica Ship, Watersports: Paddleboarding, Kayaking, Jetskis, Bathing in the Fresh Sea Water 53meter Shoalstone Pool, the most Beautiful Coastal walks at Berry Head Nature Reserve all within 5 minutes walk from the house. We offer Free Wifi and Boosters throughout the house. Beautifully decorated front room with floor to ceiling windows leading to front balcony has amble seating able to cater for Families / groups of friends as does the 12 seater dining table in the Conservatory that leads from kitchen and very funky Bespoke made bar and bar stools. You'll have all modern conveniences within such a dishwasher, washing machine, 2 ovens, fridge / freezer, drinks fridge, Bluetooth Soundbar Speaker and Tassimo coffee machine We are Super dog friendly and Welcome furry members of your Family. Brixham as a town is extremely dog friendly too and can join you in most shops / restaurants and bars in town. Being so close to the Berry Head National Park (7 minute walk from the house) there are plenty of fantastic coastal walks to enjoy as well as beaches that little paws are sure to enjoy The garden is an oasis of calm. Secure and private and a lovely sun trap too to enjoy the evening sunshine. Featuring featheredge fencing painted in blue and white creating a beach hut vibe. A large half Barrell Barbeque is available for your use along with a variety of seating and deckchairs it's the perfect chill out area following a day on the beach and to enjoy alfresco dining Although perfectly set up for a number of people it is still very usuable for a couples / small families etc. We often stay (when it's free!) as just myself, husband and son and our two dogs and it is just perfect :) Wonderful social area, providing a number of living spaces
