The Tally Ho Country Pub, situated in the picturesque village of Littlehempston just five minutes from Totnes, dates back to the 14th century. Originally built as a church house for parish workers, it survived the 18th‑century lightning strike that destroyed the village church and has now become one of South Devon’s most celebrated country pubs. Awarded CAMRA Country Pub of the Year in 2019 and 2020, the Tally Ho is renowned for its warm, historic ambience, a wide selection of local and craft ales, a refined wine list and hearty pub food made from locally‑sourced ingredients.
