A small family run non-smoking guest house situated next to parkland, in the heart of the English Riviera, 600 metres from the sea-front, 300 metres from Torquay Train Station & the English Riviera Conference Centre. Ample parking, all rooms en-suite. 2 minute walk from Torre Abbey & Gardens, 10 minute walk away from the Marina & Torquay town centre. A complimentary Continental breakfast buffet is offered - this includes a freshly baked bread rolls, cheese, ham, muesli and other cereals, yoghurt, fruit, fruit juice, tea and coffee. There are No Cooked Breakfasts. Dogs are allowed in certain rooms, subject to prior agreement, a maximum of two dogs per room and a charge of £15 per dog per stay. The swimming pool is out of order and the rear garden is closed to guests.
