The Old Vicarage has the flexibility to be used as the base for gatherings of varying sizes, offering accommodation for either 25 people or an additional 19 if needed using the adjoining east wing of the property. For larger parties there is the option to also use the Malborough House 100 metres away (which sleeps 26). This self-catered large holiday house has large reception rooms that open up onto the garden terrace, with lots of windows giving natural light throughout and great views across the South Hams countryside. On-site games room, ground floor wet room and large dining area just off the kitchen mean this house is ideal for big groups. The bedrooms in the main house all have en-suite facilities. A lovely, quaint village with a shop and traditional pubs in an area of outstanding natural beauty in South Devon. From the large balcony on the first floor you can enjoy panoramic views of glorious rolling countryside leading to the coast just a couple of miles away. You and your party can relax in sumptuous comfort enjoying spacious, state-of-the-art facilities within a period setting retaining the character of the old building.
