The Old School House bed and breakfast is on the main road 6 miles south of Ullapool. We offer a family/kingsize room which with the adjoining room can sleep uoto 5 people plus an infant. The Blue room, which is a double, in the eaves of the house is comfortable, cosy and warm. All rooms have front facing windows with beautiful views of the surrounding hills and down to Lochbroom. All rooms have homebaking, homemade confectionery, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, wifi, tv/dvd, shaver plug and information folder. Situated close to the shore and with walks leaving from our garden heading up through lael forest onto Beinn Dearg and the neighbouring mountains there is plenty on our doorstep to see and do. Ullapool is a very pretty bustling fishing village with a great selection of gift shops, restaurants and cafes. You can also hop on the ferry to Stornoway from the harbour. There is plenty to do within the village, daily boat trips to the summer isles, leisure centre with swimming pool, tennis and badminton court, fitness suite and lots more, live music and concerts held regularly in the theatre, play parks for the wee ones, fishing galore, golf course, the list goes on.The Old School House Bed and Breakfast is perfect for exploring Ullapool and beyond.
