Woodend House
About
Woodend House is set in an exceptionally peaceful and idyllic location on the banks of the River Dee. The house is surrounded by native woodlands where Roe and Red Deer roam, you can walk the river bank or through the woods with a chance of seeing a Red Squirrel going about its business. The house has recently been partly refurbished; warm comfortable sitting room to relax in front of an open fire. There are three rooms available, one double with ensuite, one twin with ensuite, and one twin with bathroom next door. Food at Woodend is homemade, breakfast with our own eggs, homemade granola and bread before heading out for the day. Dinner can be arranged three courses, veg from the garden in season and, as far is possible, locally produced ingredients. Our home is a very unique place to come and unwind to the sound of the river from your bedroom, you can walk the river bank and perhaps see a salmon being caught. Fishing may also be available depending on the season and availability.
