Weymouth Pavilion
About
Weymouth Pavilion is Dorset’s flagship entertainment complex, situated at the end of The Esplanade beside the town’s award‑winning beach. The venue offers a diverse programme ranging from cinema screenings and live theatre to music concerts, comedy and cultural festivals. With two cafés—a down‑stairs “Ritz” café and an upstairs sea‑view piano bar—visitors can enjoy pre‑show meals while taking in panoramic views of Weymouth Bay. The main 988‑seat two‑tier auditorium houses the Theatre, while the Ocean Room, Sun Deck & Crows Nest and the Piano Bar provide flexible spaces for weddings, corporate events, parties and smaller private gatherings. The Pavilion’s modern lighting, sound and specialist AV equipment make it an attractive choice for both performers and event organisers. Open daily from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, the Pavilion welcomes guests of all ages, offering free Wi‑Fi and a range of options for guests with pets. For ticketing and bookings, the box office can be reached by phone (01305 783 225) or email (boxoffice@weymouthpavilion.com).
