White Stones

White Stones is an independent cafe/gallery run by owner and artist David Nicholls. Art is displayed throughout and art forms range from painting, print, sculpture, glass, ceramics, photography and jewellery. Exhibitions run for about three months at a time and there is always a variety of work on display that is for sale. The food is freshly made, simple homemade fare using locally sourced and locally supplied products whenever possible. There are a wide range of hot and cold drinks available and White Stones is fully licensed. Our in house blend coffee is Triple Certified and many of our other hot drinks are FairTrade. As well as the cafe gallery area there is a delightful covered courtyard and also a peaceful sculpture garden that leads to David's art studio where he produces mosaic sculpture and reliefs that you will find on display.
