The Feathered Nest is a modern British Inn, delivering relaxed and welcoming fine dining in the heart of the Cotswolds. Starting life 350 years ago as a malt house, it was later converted into a traditional Cotswolds pub and, to this day, remains the heart of the village and a great place to while away a few hours. Sitting in a glorious position overlooking the Evenlode Valley, the far-reaching views can be enjoyed throughout the Inn, including from some of the guest bedrooms and The Cottage. Head Chef Matt Weedon and his team offer a modern British menu, prepared using locally sourced ingredients, making the Nest widely renowned as one of the best places to eat in the Cotswolds. Our critically acclaimed 3 AA rosette restaurant offers fine dining, an extensive wine list and amazing views across the Evenlode valley. The Restaurant is open five days a week for lunch and evening meals, with a range of bar snacks available throughout the day. The four sumptuous guest rooms are all individually decorated, en suite and tastefully nestled within the traditional Country Inn. Whilst the adjoining luxury Cottage is newly refurbished and offers modern luxury whilst retaining all of its heritage features and charm.
