There is a local pub/restaurant and a village shop, both within the walking distance and the lively town of Aldeburgh is just 10 minutes’ drive with its wealth of shops, restaurants, bars and best of all, the beach. The cottage is recently refurbished to the highest standard, and quality materials and fittings have been used throughout. Ground floor consist of an inviting lounge with comfortable seating, a wood burner and Smart TV. Further there is a well equipped kitchen – ideal for cooking a hearty breakfast or a tasty evening meal. A door from the kitchen lead through to a light-filled garden room; The garden room features large, bi-fold doors spanning the full length of the frontage. Not only do they fill the space with light, in the warmer months, the doors can be fully opened to bring the outdoors in. The rear patio garden is a lovely spot from which to soak up the sunshine. Upstairs there are two relaxing bedrooms; an en-suite king bedroom and a twin bedroom There are plenty of good cycle routes around the cottage and throughout the area, and for golfers there are over two famous golf courses within a ten minute drive. The surrounding area is haven for keen walkers with an abundance of wildlife to spot along the way.
