Hello! We are a small cafe specialising in vegetarian wholefoods and ethical trading, Fresh Fairtrade Coffee and Teas. Apart from our fresh bread bought in from Woodbridge, we make our own food onsite and change with the seasons, in small batches, with an eye on special diets too. Examples - Suffolk Blue cheese and Broccoli Quiche. - Nichols Butcher Ham with our Apple Chutney Filled Roll. - Quinoa Mushroom Flan, Gluten Free. - Smoked Mackerel with Parsnip and Horseradish salad, Dairy Free. - Whole Orange and Almond Cake, Dairy and Gluten Free. All our food is to enjoy sitting in with us, to take away individually, or available to order as whole cakes, quiches, tray bakes etc and whole buffets. Fairtrade, organic and Locally sourced and Alternatives are important to us, used where possible in our food and on the shelves of our shop. Ranges go from Local Rapeseed Soap to Weleda Shampoo, Mixed Peppercorns to Prunes, Aesculus to Uva-Ursi in our Herbal Remedy range. Come and try us...
