Bryn Sion is a working sheep & cattle farm which has been in the same family for generations. Robert, Lynwen and their children Dafydd, Ieuan and Catrin take great pride in making their guests feel at home. Lynwen says, People usually arrive as guests and leave as friends. A 250-year-old traditional Welsh farmhouse of natural stone and slate, surrounded by beautiful hills, and with green valleys. Set amongst idyllic scenery of the Snowdonia National Park. We are situated in the beautiful Cywarch valley, an ideal base for those wishing to explore this picturesque and unspoilt area. The Aran mountain (3,000 feet) can be reached by footpaths directly from all properties including also many other excellent walks within the surrounding areas. For those who are less energetic, the valley is an ideal base for bird watching, fishing and shooting locally, horse riding, golf, quad biking are available nearby. Bala and Vyrnwy Lakes are 20 minutes drive over the highest pass in Wales.
